At the end of the galaxy season, a shot of M109 should be added. You do not have much time during the nights and the darkness is not really dark anymore. In addition, it is very warm in these nights with 17 degrees Celsius and the cooling of the Atik goes only down to -12 degrees. The Newton behaves very differently at such temperatures than on cold nights.
In any case, I could tell during imaging that the bright stars again had this light burst right above, just like last year. A check of the adjustment showed no significant changes. Whatever that may be, it is unpleasant. I hope that until the late summer, when the nights are getting longer, I can get it away.
The exposure session was otherwise without any significant incidents, but the obtained data was not as uncomplicated as usually. The galaxy turned out to be a hard chunk, probably through the brighter sky. Especially the background was extremely restless and required some special treatment.
